Privacy Policy
For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address, referencing page (such as a search engine or external website), pages viewed, and other aggregate information to help us maintain our website properly and to streamline the navigation of our website. No email addresses or personal information of any kind is recognized. The information collected is only used to improve our website.
We collect information volunteered by the visitors who complete our online contact form or send a direct email, such as the email address, name, and phone number. The information collected is only used to communicate with potential or current clients only, and to conduct business as requested by the visitor. Information may be disclosed to appropriate authorites if legally required to do so, such as governmental authorities conducting an investigation. No information is shared with any third parties.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies on our website.
Affilate / Ad Servers / Social Networking Links
We have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our website, to try and bring you offers that may be of interest to you (such as the banners in the footer). As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your IP address when you click on an ad. The ads we share with you are personally tested and trusted (by us) to be legitimate and useful, and in hand-picked by our company for their services and/or products. There are also a few social networking links which lead to our social networking profiles, which we find fun and entertaining. As mentioned above, none of these outside links will gather any information unless you click on the link to visit our social networking pages, and this would only be your IP address (unless you volunteer other information and perhaps register for your own account). For further information, consult the privacy policies of:
- http://www.lunarpages.com (our recommended hosting provider - the best!)
- http://www.cj.com (commission junction, serves ads that we choose)
- http://www.x-cart.com (a recommended ecommerce solution)
- http://www.37signals.com (our project management software)
- http://www.freshbooks.com (our invoicing software)
- http://www.delicious.com (social bookmarking site)
- http://www.twitter.com (social networking, just for fun really...)
- http://www.paypal.com (we use them for processing payments for services)
Accessing Personal Information
If you enter an agreement with us for services, we will store your information in an account hosted on both 37signals.com and Freshbooks.com. Neither of them have access to our information at all, and both are completely safe and tested solutions for conducting business online. (We have been with both companies for years). Your personal information will be accessible to you by logging in to your account and only includes your name, company, address, phone number, and email address. No financial information is stored, because we use PayPal for payment processing. If you need to update your information (recommended, especially if we are in the middle of a project), you can log in to your account (links are provided when we begin working together). Links are also in the footer of this website. If you lose your password to either section, you can click on the Forgot Password link to have one sent to your email (we do not have access to passwords). Furthermore, you can access all communications between us, by logging in to your account on our project management software, which you'll have access to during your project. If your project is completed and you still need to check something, please contact us using our contact form and we will re-activate your account temporarily, so you can access the information you need.

Security
When we communicate through Basecamp (our project management software) or Freshbooks (our invoicing software) you are using a secure server. You can see the little lock icon in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window, and will notice the link starts with 'https:' instead of 'http:'. This indicates the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layers). Any information transferred on either of these pages, is secure. When you leave our invoicing system to make a payment, you are transferred to PayPal's server for processing. We do not receive any financial information you share with PayPal to make the payment, so no financial information of any kind is stored on our servers, or in our invoicing system. PayPal has their own privacy policy and terms of use, so please check their website if there is any question about security.
If you feel that this website is not following any of the policies noted above, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We take privacy very seriously and will do anything necessary to maintain our reputable practices and the our visitors' best interest. If there is a problem, please don't hesitate to contact us at the information below:
